Splashing With My Sick Yet Cuddly Toddler

Today started so well...
It was the last Splash Day at daycare, cause for celebration.
Molly and I had a blast splashing and running around!
Then things changed...
Molly began clinging to me, refusing to leave my side.
She started crying and leaning on my shoulder in the most pathetic way.
Then she became inconsolable when I had to say goodbye.
Finally, we got a call from daycare...
Molly had a fever (103 degrees) and had to come home. :(
But it did mean extra love and cuddles from our little heat factory.

  9. Times like that make you feel like Mom of the Year, don't they?

I wish I had a Splash Day at work.

  12. Aww, poor Molly. :( It's funny...I'm 20 years old, and still get that way when I'm sick. I don't want anything but my parents :( Haha, Somethings never change... I hope she's feeling better now! (Although I assume she is, I'm a little late)

P.s. I've followed your blog from the TGIF blog hop! I would love if you came over to my blog and did the same :) PolishManiacs.x10.mx , Thank you! :)

    1. I'm the same way! My parents are great at comforting me! And yes, Molly is feeling much better... though still a little emotional and clingy. But I'm addicted to her hugs, so it's all good!
