One day, that's how long I was away from home. Just one day! Actually, I wasn't even away for 12 hours when I received the following picture and the text: She got to the bathroom.
Oh man! Technically, it's my own fault for allowing Molly to perfect her door opening skills but that doesn't make it any less frustrating! Suddenly Molly can get into EVERYTHING! Turn your back for a second and she is covered in concealer. Firstly, how did she get to the bathroom so quickly? Secondly, when did she get so tall and able to reach inside drawers? Thirdly, when did she learn to open makeup? Now I have concealer stains to get out of her clothes! (Anyone have a good trick for getting makeup out of clothes?) Let's not even get started on the clogged toilet full of toilet paper... ugh...

Molly, I admire your aptitude for learning but this latest "trick" is annoying. Therefore, we bought a new baby-proofing toy and life is already easier... though Molly is none too pleased. Mission accomplished! And let me tell you, it works much better than the door barricades we were employing (aka the lazy way to keep Molly out!). But I'm wondering, what's next?! Baby-proofing is a never-ending endeavor!
Got any good/bad baby-proofing stories? What baby-proofing technology helped you the most?
